    Financial (U.S.) Leadership Program

The Financial Leadership Program (FLP) is a two-year rotation that exposes recent college graduates to four functional areas within the UTC Finance organization: Accounting, Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis and Operations Finance.
You will gain first-hand experience in a variety of real-world business settings, developing leadership and analytical abilities, and increasing your knowledge of UTC’s core businesses. In each role, you are exposed to executive leaders – through both your daily work and networking events – and you are challenged to grow a strong network of professional contacts throughout the company.

By the end of this intensive experience, FLP graduates possess a solid platform of skills, experiences and professional connections from which to launch a successful career at UTC.

The FLP recruits annually June through November for cohorts starting in January and July of the following year.
