    Investing in our Future
At United Technologies, we believe that innovating an extraordinary future begins with inspiring people of all ages today.
Our people are at the core of every big innovation we create. That is why we invest in the next generation of engineers, scientists and business professionals through education and financial support. We recognize that in a world that is changing more rapidly than ever, it is tomorrow's leaders that will drive the extraordinary innovations to come.

    Workforce of the future

    Investing In Our Future
As a global leader in engineering and manufacturing, we prepare young students to take the lead. Through innovative partnerships with leading universities, research centers and peer-to-peer mentoring, we equip the workforce of the future with the expertise to solve global challenges that will change the world.

    STEM education

From kindergarten through the critical 6th to 8th grades, to high school and beyond, we inspire a new generation of students to embrace science, technology, engineering and math (STEM). We fund innovative STEM curricula units, coaching students at international robotics competitions and supporting non-profit science centers. All across the world, we create opportunities for students to change the world for the better.
